Santa Croce is a small church and temple in the upper part of the city of Bergamo near the Church of Santa Maria. It was built in the first half of the eleventh century. It consists of a small octagonal building, and its walls are decorated with a group of paintings depicting the life of Jesus Christ. In addition to many prominent inscriptions and decorations, the church is considered one of the hidden landmarks in the city that many tourists do not know, despite the beauty of its architecture and design.
