Tic Tek Mountains are located in the city of Şanlıurfa, and it was declared a national park in 2007 in order to preserve the richness of its fauna and its cultural, historical and archaeological features and to transfer it to the future as a national treasure. This region has hosted many civilizations since ancient times, which increased its importance at the level International and national level, which includes many underground cities, monasteries, churches and caves in this park, especially in the southern part of it, in addition to its fame for important historical values and first-class archaeological sites.
