The Tamarindo Wildlife Sanctuary and Sanctuary was established in 1990 AD, to conserve and protect the magnificent mangrove forest, which extends over an area of 953 acres, which has a diversity of wildlife, channels and ponds suitable for kayaking and canoeing, and is home to crocodiles, monkeys, songbirds and migratory birds.
