Information about Taichung Park Pavilion
Taichung Park is the oldest park in Taichung, Taiwan. It was built in the era of Japanese rule. It covers an area of 10 acres, and features many beautiful landscapes, such as an artificial lake, pavilion and arch bridge. As for the pavilion, it is one of the unusual buildings erected in the European style, as it was built in 1908 AD to celebrate the launch of the Taiwan Railway extending from north to south in Taiwan, and the pavilion was also a symbol of the city of Taichung since the era of Japanese rule, and then it was officially announced As a historic site designated for the city in 1999.
