The Zvina stream originates in the Buc National Park, is about twenty kilometers long, crosses the city of Miskolc from east to west, and empties into the Sago River. Originally, the water quality of this watercourse has shown a significant improvement in the past ten years after it was very poor due to the intense industrial activity in the area between the fifties and nineties of the last century.
