The Szeged Botanical Garden belongs to the University of Kolozvár, it was established for scientific and research purposes, and it is also open to the public, and it presents many agricultural species, including plants, herbs, flowers, fibers and foodstuffs, and it also contributes to the protection and preservation of rare plants and the provision of suitable living conditions for them. Today, it is considered one of the largest botanical gardens in Central Europe, and the best thing to see in the garden is the Indian lotus, which was imported more than 80 years ago.
