Suzhou Taihu Wetland National Park is located in the western part of Suzhou, and extends over an area of 4.6 square kilometers of wetlands. It is a nature reserve that was originally a bay belonging to the picturesque Taihu Lake. It is also home to a large number of giant pandas, and is dotted with bridges, roads, winding wooden paths and historical houses, and an amazing group of plants such as peach blossoms, lotuses, and others.
