The Silk Museum is located near the center of the city of Suzhou. This museum aims to document the history of silk production, manufacture and embroidery from 2000 BC to the present day, in addition to the history of trade through the ancient Silk Road. This museum consists of permanent exhibitions that include samples of silk pieces. Old and old ones that show how to raise silkworms, as well as various demonstrations.
