The Transport Museum in Bratislava was opened in 1999 as a branch of the Slovak Technical Museum, and displays the history of the development of transportation and railways in the city, and includes an extensive collection of cars, trucks and motorcycles from the interwar period, as well as railway cars from the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, as well as Means of communication and broadcasting devices from railway stations.
