This is probably the most famous landmark in Bregenz, the huge St. Martin's Tower (Martenstorm). Built between 1599 and 1602 as an observation tower, this historic Baroque building offers wonderful panoramic views of the city and Lake Constance from its upper floors. Its highlights include a number of impressive ceiling frescoes, as well as a large collection of local historical exhibits and displays.
