St. James's Cathedral is a Roman Catholic church, located on Ninth Avenue in the First Hill neighborhood of Seattle. This cathedral is the mother church of the Diocese of Seattle, and the seat of its Archbishop. The cathedral is also named after Saint James the Great, the patron saint of the diocese.
