The Sheikh Mohammed Center for Cultural Understanding is a non-profit organization that works to promote awareness of Emirati culture, religion, customs and traditions among expatriates and foreign visitors in the United Arab Emirates, as well as aims to remove cultural barriers. In 2015, the Center was honored to become a member of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, and continues to serve as a bridge between the many different nationalities living, working and visiting the Emirate of Dubai through its award-winning programmes.
