The Shanghai Restaurant consists of four floors, and its design reflects the feel of old Shanghai, hence the name. The knotted semi-circular banquettes, hanging gas lamps and sapphire velvet curtains are all reminiscent of the magic of the 1920s. The menu here includes authentic Asian food such as stewed lion's head, pork balls, fried eel, bamboo shoots and salt pork broth, along with some cold appetizers and signature drinks.
