The Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Porquerolles was originally built as a military chapel between 1849-1851 at the request of Father Olivier, and in 1929 became the parish church of Saint-Anne. Established in 1869 by a soldier recovering from the Porquerolles health shelter, this treasure adorning the church has been listed as a historical monument since October 19, 2019.
