The Basilica of Santo Stefano is a Catholic place of worship in Aosta, rebuilt in the 18th century on the structures of an earlier 15th century church. The church includes a large Baroque altar made of golden wood, and the church is home to many gilded stone statues such as the huge wooden statue of San Cristoforo at the main stone entrance. The facade of the church is decorated with many frescoes that were restored in the period between 2005-2006.
