Tangier is home to a famous small church and is considered a famous tourist attraction and is known as the Church of St. Andrews. This church was built in 1880 AD when Hassan I of Morocco offered the first piece of land to the British, where they were able to build an iron church, and soon the church became too small to accommodate the congregation. Plans were made to build a new church in 1894, and the church was completed in 1905. This elegant church is distinguished by its magnificent construction and impressive design that combines traditional Moroccan and English design, and attracts many worshipers and tourists daily.
