The Serbian Orthodox Ružica Church is located within the walls of the majestic Belgrade Fortress, and has origins dating back to the fifteenth century AD. It was severely damaged during the First World War, but it was well restored after that. This church enjoys its walls covered with flowers and green plants, and it has beautiful ornate towers, and a strange local legend revolves around its construction.
