Rio de la Hochette is the Latin Quarter in Paris, where the Latin Quarter is famous for its restaurants, cafes, and bars. It has a great student life, especially on the Rue de la Hunchette. This neighborhood is also home to the Sorbonne University, one of the first universities in the world, owing its name to the Latin language, which was the language used at the university during the Middle Ages.
