The Romanesque basement has an antique interior design, and is located in the historic city center, in the monastery rooms of the 13th century AD. This museum presents many artifacts related to the Dominican monastery, such as pots and carved stones. It also displays a film about the history of the ancient town of Gdansk. In addition, it includes an exhibition dedicated to some bones that were discovered next to the monastery from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.
