It is considered one of the authentic restaurants on the island, as it was founded in 1948 and is run by a family that takes the goal of "satisfying all tastes" as its motto. It prepares a variety of local dishes on the way of home cooking using fresh local products from vegetables, meat and fish, in addition to preparing the sauces manually inside the restaurant without any artificial additives. The menu includes many options including; Steaks cooked in olive oil, bean and vegetable soup, risotto with oysters, as well as pizzas of all kinds.
