Located between Mount Sintra and the Atlantic Ocean, Colaris Regional Winery was founded in 1931, its beautiful building dates back to the late 19th century, and the building has an imposing interior with wooden barrels and basins totaling over a million liters. This winery is the place par excellence for the wines of this region, and has long been considered a national library, as a witness to important cultural events in Sintra.
