In 1972, Nouri wanted to make something new using the milk of the family's goats, so she began her experiment and came up with El Riquette de Drabe, which is now a well-known dessert that you will only find in El País Emporda (Costa Brava). This dessert is found in restaurants, shops, and throughout the area. Nouri also started producing goat cheese, fresh cheese, and yoghurt, and still wants more, as her philosophy and essence are based on proximity to her customers, craftsmanship, handcrafted with precision, care, and great love.
