Rakovsky Provar Restaurant is the first restaurant and brewery established in Belarus, it was built in the historical center of Minsk, in a 19th century building. The restaurant features more than 5 different types of fresh beer and traditional Belarusian and European cuisine. The menu includes many local and international dishes, the most famous of which are meat, fish and french fries, with a special focus on grilled meats and beer snacks.
