Located on the campus of the University of Bonn in Germany, Poppelsdorf Palace is a Baroque palace built in the 18th century to replace the old Bonn Castle. It includes a wide circular yard, and the palace contains a huge botanical garden, which includes many distinctive plants and trees. It is also home to the Museum of Minerals and Rocks, and tourists can get a tour inside the palace in addition to enjoying the surrounding gardens.
