The magnificent and distinctive Beldams Park is the largest park in Malmö, Sweden. It is located around a system of ancient basins that were created in the 17th century as the city's water reservoir. Its woods, lakes, and permanent gardens make it a popular recreational and event venue. The park was designed by Swedish architect Ferdinand Boberg. The original purpose of this park was also for the Baltic Exposition of 1914, a celebration of industry and culture from the countries bordering the Baltic Sea.
