There is much to see along the way in the Perseverance Trail, including the old mine shafts blowing in a cold wind; You'll see a bend to the summit of Mount Juneau, a 1.5-mile arduous climb, as well as the Ebner Falls. If you choose to skip the steep elevations and continue on the main trail, the terrain gets flatter, you'll have great views of ridge lines and you'll see salmonberry bushes on the trail producing delicious berries in July.
