It is a historic palace in Palermo dating from the early fourteenth century, and was the residence of the Sicilian Lord Manfredi III Chiaramonte. The palace was completely restored in the twentieth century, and then it was converted into a museum from the inside, which displays many works of art, including paintings, drawings, stone and copper sculptures dating back to the medieval period. The museum provides many tours conducted by a specialized team to introduce the museum and the exhibits.
