This park reflects the scenic beauty of the province known as the 'Philippines' Last Frontier'. It displays a variety of tropical butterflies from the southern region of the country, and these free-flying butterflies are surrounded by live exhibits of scorpions, green lizards, fastmidy and phanettes which are their natural predators. It is a window into the natural environment of these colorful insects.
