The Norwegian Post Museum, in the olden days, most people would check their letter box in front of the house in the hope of finding a letter or postcard from a friend or distant relative!. The museum displays more than 360 years of postal history. Through paintings, photos, texts and films, you can follow the development of the postal service from the days when every message was sent by the messenger and the current electronic communication via email and SMS.
