Eight water dams operated gradually to form a scenic man-made appearance. These small dams were manually opened by human power but were recently converted to a hydraulic drive. It is an ancient dam that was completed in 1828, and is considered the longest complex of dams in the United Kingdom. The watercourse in which these dams are located is surrounded by vast green areas where visitors can spend a pleasant time with their friends and families.
