The Neptune Fountain, also known as the Princess's Fountain, was built as part of the public service policy developed by the Zaragoza City Council throughout the first half of the nineteenth century. But a few years later, it was relocated to the Primo de Rivera Park in the Plaza de la Princesa, and this artwork belongs to the artist Tomás Llovet.
