The vast Neapolis Archaeological Park is located in the western part of Syracuse, and includes a group of ancient ruins that are definitely worth visiting and exploring. Including a church and small caves, a visit is a journey back to the year 470 BC, and one of its most important historical features is the preserved Greek theater, and a range of classical performances are held from early May to early July.
