The Taichung National Theater was designed by Japanese architect Ito Toyo, based on the concept of "sound cave", where elements such as curved wall units and air vents were used to construct this changing space, and the result was a new strongly free-standing building without supporting columns. Or right walls at a 90-degree angle. The theater is equipped with three professional performance venues that meet international standards: the Grand Theater, the Professional Theater and the Black Box. There is also a multifunctional space called "Salon Al Zawia", where educational events and public speeches can be held. The green outdoor plaza and the rooftop Sky Garden are a great place for the public to spend some fun hours in.
