The Holy Barlaam Monastery is the second largest of the famous monasteries in Meteora and is distinguished by the beauty of its stone construction, erected on huge high rocks surrounded by dense green trees on all sides. This monastery attracts tourists because of its religious value, the beauty of its panoramic view, the modern museum inside it, which displays rare icons of great beauty, and a number of religious paintings, most of which date back to the European Renaissance, in addition to the old clothes worn by monks in the Byzantine period.
