Merritt Oppenheim Fountain, which is an artist who spent part of her life in Switzerland, is eight meters high, and was established in 1983. What makes the fountain truly unique are the plants and raft sediments that thrive around the shaft. In the summer, when a cushion of moss and wild herbs cover the concrete, the fountain looks like a great green monster, while in the winter, when snow and cold dominate, it looks like a butterfly in a cocoon.
