Inspiration for traditional Icelandic cuisine. In this unique restaurant, good old traditional recipes and the best Icelandic ingredients are served to create delicious food. Everything on the menu is homemade with first class products. The most famous is the cod head dish (GOD HEAD) with its own sauce, made of meat and fish, with a side menu for vegetarians. It was built on the old site of a salt factory that closed in the 1960s, which gave the place a special character, named after an old Icelandic cookbook.
