The Imam al-Baqir Mosque, peace be upon him, is also known as the Bu Khamseen Mosque. Its construction dates back to 1737 AD by Sheikh Muhammad al-Kabir, and after the expansion during the reign of his grandson Sheikh Hussein, the only sheikh used to pray in it. In the events of 1795, the mosque was demolished and remained idle for a while until it was built Again in 2002.
