The Maritime Museum is a famous tourist destination in Malacca, where the number of its monthly visitors is about twenty thousand people. Since its opening to the public in 1994, educational exhibits about the history of the port, and it is divided into several sections covering the different eras that the city passed through, from the Sultanate of Malacca to the Portuguese, Dutch and British rule.
