Maison Carré, or Square House, is an ancient Roman temple located in the city of Nîmes in southern France. This temple is one of the best completely preserved temples in the world! It was built primarily for the descendants of Emperor Augustus, and with the passage of time it has undergone many changes as a church, a museum and a house, but nowadays there is a short video clip explaining and explaining the history of the city of Nîmes.
