Most of the customers of Madina Traditional Food Restaurant are either locals or tourists coming to try new types of local Saudi cuisine recipes, sitting in its outdoor courtyard in groups around a large plate of rice. Most of the Saudi and Gulf dishes in general are based on rice seasoned with distinctive oriental spices and served with pieces of chicken or meat and decorated with nuts.
