Lundy is known for its wealth of birdlife. It nests among its rocks, fulmar, arctic tern, guillemot and, of course, puffins. Like many seabirds in Iceland, puffins are migratory birds, meaning they are only found here from May to September. However, Iceland is a nesting place for the majority of the world's North Atlantic species, and Lundy is a favorite place for many. On puffin watching tours departing from Reykjavik Harbour, visitors will be able to see birds nesting, flying and fishing.
