Lasagna Center is a municipal cultural institution and gallery dedicated to contemporary art in the city of Gdansk; It used to be an abandoned municipal hammam, but it has been converted into an art gallery in response to a popular initiative by local artists. This cultural center aims to showcase and promote contemporary art as a means of expressing universal values, as well as illustrating the history of art's evolution and change, and engaging visitors through exhibitions, educational programmes, film screenings and concerts.
