It is a national park located in the center of western Argentina, at the foot of the Andes Mountains. It is a beautiful natural area famous for its many glacial lakes and the snow-covered Lanin Volcano. It is a protected area of Araucaria trees and home to many animals such as American lions, young deer and condors. A ski resort is located in the area on the southeast edge of the park.
