The Coveli Melle Monument is located in front of the central cultural center of Tarsus. It was established in 1944 AD by the sculptor Kenan Yontuç, and this monument was placed in Ataturk Park in 1972 AD, 31 years after the disaster that befell the country, in memory of the most prominent Heroes of the army martyrs. It is a distinctive bronze monument, in the middle of the garden, and astonishes all who look at it.
