It was established in 1988 by the municipality of Randers on an area of 27 hectares, and about 30 artists from nine countries participated in it (Denmark, Ireland, Japan, Canada, Norway, New Zealand, England, Germany and the United States of America), and they created distinctive artworks from organic materials such as soil and wood, which are materials that have changed Due to climate change, it eventually vanished.
