The Kota Intan Bridge, built by the Dutch in 1628 AD, is the oldest bridge in Indonesia. It is a suspension bridge located above the Kali Besar Canal in the old city of Jakarta. It has a beautiful design similar to the bridges we see in Holland, and it was previously built of wood that was later replaced by steel. These days it is considered an attractive tourist place for a walk or to take pictures.
