A relatively modern shopping center that opened in the city in 1999, and in its short time in existence, it has managed to create a wide reputation and an excellent reputation among locals and tourists alike. There are many wonderful shops in the center, including fashion, electronics and homeware stores, as well as a kiosk for traditional Russian sweets and several restaurants serving local delicacies. It is a small shopping mall compared to others in the city but it is great and well worth a visit!
