Castleholm Castle is a medieval castle that was built by the Swedish government. The castle was established specifically in the fourteenth century, and was built on a small island surrounded by moats filled with water and planted with several rows of columns, and had a strategic role in strengthening the Swedish authority on the Baltic Sea. Nowadays, visitors come here for panoramic views of the islands and the fjord.
