Kapellendorf Castle is located in the German city of Weimar. It was founded in the twelfth century. It is considered one of the largest and most powerful castles that still retains its historical shape in the state of Thuringia. Later it was converted into a museum where tourists can wander inside, learn about its history and see the antiquities inside.
