The Tifort House is a small palace located on the Elm River in Weimar. It was built in the 16th century. The palace consists of a main building and an upper floor containing 7 rooms. It was considered the favorite residence of the German Duchess Anna Amalia of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel. ), later the building was opened to the public as a museum and there is a large garden near it, which was built in the English style.
